In the first session you will learn how to take measurements and draft a skirt pattern that fits your body's curves, see the photo on the left. This pattern, called a sloper, can then be used to create virtually any skirt you should desire.
In the second session, you will learn how to create skirt patterns from the sloper. Examples will include the pencil skirt, shown in the photo on the right, and an A-line skirt. These designs are used to illustrate the basic pattern design techniques.
